The farm

It is possible to explore the large estate of Missanega to visit the olive grove, precious for our Riviera di Levante DOP Oil; to stroll in the citrus orchard from which we take the lemons for our delicate jam and Limoncino liquor; to visit our cute donkeys; to appreciate how we take care of the seasonal vegetable garden, using the products for our kitchen at Missanega; to study our bees in their bustling coming and going.

At lunch our staff will serve fresh salads with products from our vegetable garden, bruschetta, cold cut and cheese platters from the Val di Vara; for a snack or happy hour we will prepare delicious picnic baskets to take with you on your room terrace, in the pool area or in one of the equipped spots within our estate.

The Missanega farmhouse organises several different activities including: harvesting basil leaves and preparing the traditional pesto using a mortar, visiting the olive grove and experiencing a taste of three Ligurian oils, including our delicate Missanega DOP Riviera di Levante EVO oil, visiting the bee yard to discover the secrets of bees' life and how their precious honey is made.

Thanks to our passion, sacrifice, hard work and effort, today we welcome you to our Missanega farmhouse together with our collaborators, our three donkeys (Oliva Camilla and Patata) with our products, with the nature and the peace that surrounds us.

We hope you will live a truly unique experience in Cinqueterre.
