The Missanega farmhouse has also an à la carte restaurant. The seasonal vegetable garden, 10 meters away, marks the times and the recipes of our cuisine. The ligurian tradition mixes in a balanced way seafood dishes with raw ingredients from the hinterland. The history of Monterosso is linked to the fishing , especially anchovies. The " Val di Vara", the valley of bio-based products, is a rich territory for meat, cheese and cold cuts.
